What an interesting and talented man David was. I sure hope his car and sculptures are preserved. Such understated kindness to his family as he quietly journeyed through his life with his much loved family. A wry sense of humour with a twinkle in his eyes he loved nothing more but to help them. Keen to lift a hand with any project. He loved adventure and encouraged independent strong offspring. He will always be remembered with love and admiration. Rest peacefully David. Hugs Vicki.

David will be remembered as a talented and respected member of the Tamborine Mountain community. It was a pleasure working with him and benefiting from his knowledge.
    Condolences to his family.

Thanks for the video hookup of David’s funeral. I never had much to do with the LAW family as I only started at TSS in 1946. I remember Michael LAW but haven’t had contact with the family. Many of those who knew DAVID have now gone and I hardly remembered any faces I saw at the funeral Very sorry that we were not able to join all your friends so please accept our condolences.
A very special message for ROBYN from Debby Turner, boss of the TSS Archives. She hopes your HIP has healed up. This message comes from Bert Cocokerill (1946 – 1968 at TSS) and from many other Old Boys. Very sorry to hear of David’s passing.
