Very sorry to hear of your sad loss. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend.
Cameron Angus
John was the best father in law any one could have. From the first moment I met him when Sharon took me home to meet the family, he shook my hand and welcomed me. I felt immediately more comfortable, that was over 26 years ago. Over the many years John helped Sharon & I with a lot of projects around our first house & even with our current house. I also helped him out with projects around his house as well. He was always the brains on the projects & I was the labourer. I always loved working with John, he was a wealth of knowledge and he taught me a lot, for that I will miss him greatly. We also spent many a time fishing together, I will never become as good a fisherman as John.
I am so sad I could not attend today, due to me having to quarantine for Covid 19. I watched the service on line and I am very proud of all of you. I do admit I had a few tears, but it shows me just how wonderful a man John was and how grateful I am to have had him in my life. He will be dearly missed.
