Pete you always had a story or a situation to tell or chat about. I know you and Sonya have always been great friends to mum and dad. Sending all our love to Sonya and the family. Xxxxxxxlove sue and rayxxxx
61 years of not only knowing each other but mates and family friends, we grew up together and never lost touch with each other. A good old fashioned Irish Aussie with a Heart of Gold, always on the look out for others.
Sonya and family, keep hold of every memory until you meet again.
We’ve laughed and cried together; raged and reconciled together. We’ve seen each other at our best and our worst and we loved you even more for that. You have been a part of our lives as long as you’ve been a part of Sonya’s and the whole you have left will not be filled. You will never be forgotten – as long as Leanne has a broom.
Love from Leanne, Glyn and Gryffyth Bevan
Lovely service for a wonderful man. Sorry we couldn’t be there in person. Pete, you’ll be sadly missed by many. Love & condolences to Sonya, Bridget, Dan & Family, Jocelyn, Shane & Famil, Danor & Starlene. Lots of love Jo & Steve Borg
What a beautiful service to honour that wonderful man and dear friend, Pete. The send-off was so warmly and personally led by Fr Jamie. Sonya, your words for Peter were absolutely perfect! And Danor, what a beautiful, deep and heartfelt prayer you wrote. Pete will be missed by so many… and no more so than our menALIVE reFUEL group in which he was such an integral part. Sonya, our prayers and thoughts are with you and the family. May God’s peace and joy gradually replace the sadness that you (and all of us) are feeling right now.
A great man was Peter we met on many occasions as part of Saint Vincent De Paul, where I was during the live service, I know Peter would understand. This was a fabulous tribute to a fabulous man, thankyou for allowing me to view on line. Until we meet again Peter, and share a Guinness. Paul
My deepest sympathy Soni to you and your family. He will be missed greatly by many. Im sorry I couldn’t be there in person but you are in my thoughts.
