I’m one single person that had the privilege of crossing paths with Vivianne, Mrs Sayers, and her impact, influence and inspiration throughout my life to this very day, and what will be ongoing is immeasurable.
I can only begin to imagine how many people have the same experience by knowing Vivianne, as we take this moment to remember her in gratitude, respect and of her unwaivering generosity of spirit.
Safe travels Vivianne, no amount of thank yous will ever be enough.

What an amazing woman “Mrs Sayers” was. I have heard from my daughter from a young age, so many years ago, so many stories of excitement, learnings, passion and to a commitment to the discipline and joy of ballet that was instilled in her … and continues to this day. So much gratitude for the lives you changed, and the love you gave to all.

Vale Vivianne, may your dance continue.

Dearest Nadine and Family – Sending much love to you all on this sad occasion but one of a celebration of an amazing and incredible life. I will always have fond memories of “Mrs Sayers” as my wonderful first ballet teacher that instilled such a love and passion in dance for me that continues still. I am forever grateful for being part of the Sayers Dance Academy community and history, and will always hold fond memories of my years there. Much love – Gene Moyle & the Barrell Family. xo

Mrs. Sayers….. you had such a deep impact on my life through dance and personal growth. Your teaching went beyond just the steps of dance, but reached into my confidence and helped me overcome shyness.
I cherish the memories of my time at the Kenmore Ballet Studio and the lessons you imparted will keep your spirit alive within me. My heartfelt condolences to your family and friends and may your amazing energy and love live on forever in our hearts.

Vivianne is a great roll model that has shaped my life. I use the word “is” because she is still here. A little piece of her stays with everyone she has ever had anything to do with. Without her I would not be the person I am today and I thank Vivianne for her help and support. She is with me everyday when I am in the studio speaking to a student, and hopefully a little bit of her lives further in them.

Thank you Vivianne for everything, you should be proud of you and your fantastic family, my thoughts are with you all.

    You are a legend
    lots of love

It was wonderful to be able to watch this service online, when I was unable to be there in person.
I owe so much to Vivianne’s kindness, her encouragement and her generosity. She planted a seed of something truly special when she threw her passion and energy into creating the Vivianne Sayers Ballet Academy. I was one of the early and lucky recipients of her tutelage, an eager student who was encouraged and nurtured to flourish. She had the patience of a saint, coaching and reminding me week after week, month after month till I finally learned to self-correct my banana back!! Nadine, your eulogy absolutely captured a sense of your Mum’s sparkly optimism, warmth, enthusiasm and drive. Sending my deepest sympathy to Terry, Deborah, Nadine and all of your extended families. I’m sure the loss will be felt deeply, however we are all the better for having been touched by Vivianne’s energy, passion and kindness.
    Vale Vivianne.

Dear Nadine, Deborah, Terry and family, I am thinking of you at this time. Remembering the impact that Mrs Sayers had on my life and many others – I looked up to her as a child, being my first ballet teacher, but even more so as an adult based on her many achievements including turning her passion into a wonderful career. Love Jacqueline
